Storage Processing

Processes and image enhancements configured in Storage Processing will be applied when the documents are saved to Laserfiche. The processes or enhancements can be applied to some or all pages of the documents. The advantage of Storage Processing is that it can perform time-consuming processes such as OCR upon storage, instead of while the session is running. However, using Storage Processing means that you will not be able to make revisions to the documents after these processes have run but before they are stored in Laserfiche. You can test processes to preview the results of the processes on the sample image, but will not be able to see the fully processed documents until after they are stored.
